The hotel was in the annex building in the basement with not the best views and smells, making it one of the worst rooms I've ever seen. The service was overall great, with the exception of a moody receptionist. The location, though good for Sauna and a mini-gym, looked better in pictures than in reality. The dining experience was decent but lacked any gluten-free options.
